I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 9th March 2020. Please accept our apologies for the delay in providing you with a response, which is due to the ongoing challenges associated with Covid-19 , including the difficulties of delivering business as usual while working in business continuity mode.

I note you seek access to the following information:

‘Following complaints from staff regarding Julia Milligan’s behaviour, leadership and management ‘style’, it is clear that many resources have been used to attempt to remedy the problem. Some of these many actions and investigations are listed here.

From the date of the complaint can you please provide separately all recorded information particularly on costs of all the actions taken including all research and survey costs, legal, all training and mentoring, support costs for the PCFC , & separately and others, any NDA or other costs for staff who had suffered in this process. All costs of all police and other staff ‘lent’ to address these matters.’
