I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 19 April 2024.

Question/ Request:

I would like to know how many accidents, speeding violations and near misses, there have been, on either side of the road, of the 30 MPH sign leading into South Otterington from Northallerton. This would be by Polly Paws dog business.

Answer/ Response:

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.

This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.
