I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 11 April 2024.

Question/ Request:

We are told that FC Halifax Town have requested the use of the LNER Stadium to play Oldham Athletic on the 18th April. We would like to request what the costs are for the Policing of the stadium for such an event on the night of the18th April Vs Oldham Athletic?

Answer/ Response:

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.

This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
