I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 24 March 2024.

Question:
1. The cost of kennelling dogs seized by NY Police this year (23-24) to date.
2. The cost of kennelling dogs seized by NY Police last year (22-23)
3. How much was successfully recovered to cover the cost of kennel fees and how much the tax payer funded.
4. The training all officers within the force get on the dangerous dogs act.
