Hello, please can you clarify the term ‘no record’. Does this mean you do not have the information recorded so are unable to answer the question, or does it mean that this has never happened?

Also, the link below shows that train travel for second class fares only is able to be reclaimed. Please can you confirm that all the train travel re-claimed or purchased via contracted services is second class.

I can confirm that all recorded rail travel expenditure for the Police and Crime Commissioner is for standard class fares. The government policy on authorised allowance amounts for Police and Crime Commissioners, which is undertaken locally, states that Police and Crime Commissioners cannot claim expenses for first class travel.
